I'm 3 days into a cut and I WFH. It's going to take me another 3-4 months to see significant progress. Diet is good, but I think about dieting that long.. and it just seems so tedious.
When I worked in an office the days would pass by quickly but now I don't have that.

How do you have the patience to cut when you have so much free time?

The time will pass 1 way or the other.
Pick up a hobby, get a 2nd job if you have that much free time.
I WFH too and have been cutting by accident because of how busy I usually am.....don't even have time to poop some days. I have to purposely join meetings late to be able to refill my water and pee sometimes. Chit is dumb......currently thinking about putting a mimi fridge and a microwave in my office just to be able to eat more.

Project Controller & Scheduler for Commercial Construction, also playing the part of "offsite Assistant Project Manager" for some of the jobs. Company is growing faster than we can staff, I currently have 14 jobs (which is about 65% of the whole company's work right now....about $335M active construction for me right now)
In meetings all day, double booked a lot of times, training 2 new people to work under me right now, demanding clients, just a bunch of chit in the day to day of the projects. Pays quite well, just non-stop from about 6:30-1800 for 80-90% of the month.
It wasn't always like this and wont always be like this....just going through growing pains right now.

nicotine
stimulants
easiest way to 'cut' is
wakeup, breakfast, then pop ECA stack
lunch ECA stack
dinner food
you get to wake up and eat, feel good, stim through lunch, eat dinner and go to bed feeling satiated"we cannot be more sensitive to pleasure without being more sensitive to pain"

How do you have patience? You just do. Just be patient. That’s all you gotta do. It’s not rocket science. There’s no special trigonometry. This ain’t no chemical experiment. If you want to be patient you just gotta be patient bro. That’s what I can say regarding this matter. Patience is a virtue. If you’re lacking patience you just need to be patient in the hope that you can be patient for patience sake. Don’t be a patient to your impatience. You must be patient to be patience
"It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience."
