I don't think he's any better or worse than any other standard top 5 QB prospect. He lit it up against a bunch of bad teams the good teams he played (Utah, Oregon, Washington) the only one he had a good game against was Washington. He played poorly for the most part against Arizona as well, although he pretty much won the game for USC at the end. And Notre Dame absolutely embarrassed him and we were not good.
