    Best way to train bench to peak at 225 X 20.

    What do you think the best weekly progression would be if the end goal is being able to hit 225 for 20 reps? Right now I can get 12 consistently, 14 on a really good day.

    There are a few DIV1 NCAA football strength and conditioning routines that can be found online. I would do the routines that were created for linebackers or any position requiring maximum power. .
