I'm currently bulking and eating about 60-70 some grams of fat throughout the day. Not a whole lot. Mostly, my fat comes from oatmeal, cheese, and some peanut butter. I also eat about 1-3 cans of tuna a day, not albacore. Since i eat about 7-8 meals a day, thats about 5-6 grams a meal.
Should I be taking in some Flaxseed? I just bought 3 lbs of the seeds, but i'm curious on what ya guys think.

If you don't want to worry about ratios of omega-6 to omega-3 and so on and so forth, aim for 3-4 grams of omega-3 fatty acids a day. I take around 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds every day along with around 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds in addition to the salmon I eat. This is more than enough.

Yea i am taking a straight omega 3 product right now. I think i will change to UDO oil if i can find it. i find it helps with some areas of pain, i did though kinda tweak my knee so i need to go easy on legs right now. its ok my legs have always been biiger in porportion than my upper body.
