So I have a creatine blend with 7000mg of BCAAs, recommended to take before workout, I mix this with some dextrose/glucose and beta-alanine.
I also picked up an intra-workout with 7 169 mg BCAA, Citrulline, glutamine and B6. Recommended to use during workout obviously.
I'm just gonna piss out excess amino acids right? Thinking the intra one would be better to just sip on between meals or something?
btw: I consome about 100grams of protein before I workout so I'm not fasting or anything, if that matters.
