I agree, or even just people saying smh, as in shaking their own heads. It's a completely useless phrase that adds absolutely nothing to a discussion. In fact, all saying chit like that really accomplishes is pissing people off and making them dismiss you even more than they already were. It certainly doesn't make them want to agree with you.
