Hard work used to mean something. Nowadays, it doesn’t (I mean this in respect to the work force). Gen Z and Millenials understand this, and have adapted to the changing ways of making money. Boomers don’t, however, because they typically are still thinking the same as they did during their upbringing, which were different times.
