1. Stop miscing

Wakefulness routine that I gleaned from Andrew Huberman.
The most effective parts of it are: exposing your eyes to sunlight shortly after waking up + goin on a walk. If there's no direct sun, any sunlight or artificial light can help. Best thing is low angle exposure of sunlight to your eye. So looking near the sun but not at it, since it's about getting photos into the eyeωσяℓ∂ тяανєℓєя ȼяєω
