Depends. If he's let's say waiting for marriage and has had GFs and all that, I wouldn't consider him a loser at all. If he's an incel, by 23-25 I'd say they weren't gonna make it.

Look at priests. If one is a priest and actually follows their vows, then they're not a loser and they are stronger and nore disciplined than most men.
