    I still have lovehandles at 133lbs 5'7 in height. Please help

    I am 30 year old woman. I had a DEXASCAN that said my bodyfat was 29%. I still have prominent lovehandles. Please PM if you want to see them. Do I need to lose more weight to get rid of them??

    yes but i don't know if losing more weight is a good idea at this point. maybe it's fine for women, but as a man (same height) i look a bit too skinny

    OP, are your lovehandles really prominent or do you view them as prominent? Big difference here!

    Also, without seeing pictures, it's hard to make recommendations. Are you under-muscled, carrying a bit too much fat in certain areas, etc.? You can DM me if you want and I'll try to give you the best advice I can. Best of luck!

    resistance training and maintenance calories (eat at your TDEE), you should be able to build some muscle

    Its entirely plausible that unless you've done any consistent strength training that you're essentially just "skinny fat" (excess fat on a thin frame due to lack of overall muscle mass), this is remedied with consistent strength training following a proven program and diet (especially one that provides sufficient protein). But it hard to say exactly without seeing photos.
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

    Athlean-x recently put a video on YouTube about love handles. Everyone genetically carries a little extra fat somewhere, for many it's the sides/lower back. I'd work on lats, and cut carbs a bit for a short while and they'll likely go down quickly
