    What’s the best sleep supplement I could take?

    I’ve been struggling with my sleep recently only getting around 4-5 hours usually, and then an extra 1 hour afterwards if I manage to fall asleep again. It’s having a negative impact on my muscle recovery

    I’m currently taking ZMA, gaba and melatonin which helps a lot, I just wish I could get some extra hours in.

    I have also tried fadeout from redcon

    Try melatonin? 5-10mg of that gets me pretty well.

    Address the problem(s) that's causing your sleep issues recently (stress, health issues, depression, light exposure, timing, etc.), rather than overloading on supplements.

    that is a lot of different supps, the shotgun approach may not be the way to go depening on your dosages. Melatonin taken in a large dose can be counterproductive and actually work as a stimulant. ZMA works well alone for many people, I am a fan as well as 5-HTP. You may need to look at outside factors to see what may be the root cause as well.

    cold shower upon waking, sunlight asap outside after to set your body clock. no TV or internet at least an hour before bed, no caffeine at least 8 hours before bed, magnesium oil on skin.
