I gotta be honest -- I have mixed feelings about it. Although I don't necessarily lose sleep over a bad guy getting attacked, I really don't like the idea of "prison justice" on a broader level. Prison has it's own subculture that we hopefully...will never understand.
I have listened to many guys explain it on xm radio, podcasts and videos.
There is the case that got you there, being well known(Dahmer/Chauvin/Epstein), and how you behave once in.

Unpopular Opinion here but I am pro Capital Punishment and don’t believe taxpayers should be on the hook for three hots and a cot with cable for some scumbag who didn’t care about someone else's life, why should we pay or care about theirs? Light em up

If someone takes a life, they should lose theirs. None of this, well he was insane bless their heart bullsh!t either. Of course they were insane, no sane person would do that. Light em up.

How do you know he doesn’t have power inside?

It really depends on where he is and who runs the prison he’s in. The guards run some prisons and they are as bad as the convicts, in other places the gangs run the prison and they actually control the guards.

But who’s to say this guy wasn’t involved with gangs to begin with, he knew George before he killed him. Know one here will know why he got stabbed.

You read the latest about Chauvin? He stated in trial they were trained with the neck restraint bit & his police chief and next in line both testified they had never heard of that technique being used. Well now several former minneapolis cops have come forward and stated they were all trained in the neck restraint method and the Chief lied.

Not saying Chauvins a model cop, probably is a POS but he was tossed under the bus especially is he was doing it the way he was trained.

99% of the time when a super high profile prisoner gets attacked like this--the prison guards were in on it/allowed it to happen. The other 1% is due to an actual "accidental" lapse in security by the guards/facility.

They don't allow the famous prisoners to be in general population and they are confined to their cell 23 hours a day. 1 hour to shower/exercise/etc. and not around anyone else.

Outside of ADMAX sentences there are limitations for how long individuals are allowed to be kept in a segregation unit at the federal level.

Same thing with Larry Nasser. They knew he was going to get it, ran him up to the legal limit and he got attacked a couple of days later.

At a certain point you need to let him try his hand at general population, which they did by putting him at Tuscon which is a dropout/protective custody prison to begin with.

This was always going to be a problem and it's why as soon as the feds hit him with civil rights violations Minnesota DOC said "Cool you guys take him."
