Have been bulking at a rate of .5-1lb a week, pretty Lean relatively for a bulk. Don’t have gyno but don’t want to develop it from bulking. Can bulking cause gyno?

I genuinely don't want to be unkind, but, how is this even a question? Does any grown and sane person really think this?
Weird hormone altering drugs can cause this, but if you are male, you're not going to wake up with breasts, but actually a pound a week is not really a slow pace; if you get man boobs I wouldn't blame the endocrine system.Bench: 335
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505

Hey there! Bulking itself doesn't directly cause gyno (gynecomastia), which is the development of breast tissue in males. Gyno is typically linked to hormonal imbalances, particularly elevated estrogen levels. If you're gaining weight gradually at a rate of 0.5-1lb per week and maintaining a lean physique, you're probably in a good spot. Just keep an eye on overall health, and if you notice any unusual changes, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional. Happy bulking!
