A lot better, but it came with a new partner and defined expectations.
Daily sex is expected. So while we average 6 days a week it is usually 7-8 times per week. Been 3.5 years.

20's I was a horndog and got laid all the time. 30's I was mostly married with a woman who had low libido so it was quite poor. Once I was in my 40's it's been a hundred times better and even though I'm settled down my years from 40-45 were ridiculous. I logged it when I was 43 and had sex over 300 times that year.

Was great in both decades, and still great in my 40s.
The aging like wine thing confuses incels. They assume that them getting older means that they will finally be successful with women. It really means that men that were successful with women while young, can continue if they take care of themselves and get more successful in other areas like finances / status. I've never had an issue getting attractive women,I've always taken care of myself, so there hasn't been a drop-off. Still dating younger girls and having fun.
