This is ridiculous. Women are natural homemakers. The idea of they being forced into the workforce is a liberal idea to subvert families. Stay at home moms, raise kids, and are what make communities work. The reason society has fallen off is people who don't have women in the community making a stable home, assisting local school, or doing work in their community. They're instead stuck in offices because feminism felt that was a better way to spend 8 hours/day.

Do either one of you have children? If so, you'd rather put them in daycare with someone who doesn't love them instead of having their own mother home with them? I get that people have to use daycare and there is no shame in that. But if you have a choice the choice should be to stay home with your kids, especially when they're very young. Would be interesting to see what you say once you have a baby of your own. Beliefs and perceptions change.

I never said being a stay at home mom was the hardest thing to do. It's also not EZ mode all the time. For me, it was worth not doing the whole keeping up with the Jones thing and staying home or working part time so I was home when my son was. I am very grateful I was able to spend as much time with my son as I did. You can't get those years back.

A good stay at home mom is worth her weight in gold. I get social media has shown the leaches, but it clear you haven't been around a good one. My mom was a teacher for years, but when my three siblings and I were young she stayed home. Our house was spotless, every meal cooked from scratch, beautiful garden outside, taken to school and all our activities. My dad did his job, and I love him (srs an amazing dad and one of my best friends) but my mom raised us. Raising kids is not an easy job especially if you do it right



You can't have it both ways. You can't spew anti third wave feminism and then criticize a dedicated single mom. The ones that just lounge around all day doing nothing are leaches and would be that way in any scenario.



Anyone who is getting married and wants to have kids, if you can afford to, have your wife stay home. I promise it will make all the difference in the world with your kids
