That's not accurate. Mother Jones, an extreme left wing organization, has kept records of public mass shootings (which exclude inner city shootings of gang violence). In 2023, there have been 11 public mass shootings; 2, or 18% of the mass shooters have been black. As 12% of the population, they're overwhelmingly represented as mass shooters.

6 of the 11 mass shooters have been white, making white people statistically underrepresented in mass shootings. If you go back to the year 2000, white people are statistically still underrepresented as mass shooters. Sorry, but the facts don't support your whataboutism.
