Why do they say Judeo? From what I researched none of the founding fathers were Jewish.

They want to make a distinction between the west and its original citizens (that are now atheists but used to be christians and a minority jews) and the (still religious and conservative) muslims who started to immigrate to Europe starting 50-60 years ago.

For example the politician of the biggest Dutch political party Geert Wilders refers to it a lot. He runs an extreme right political party that wanted to make possession of a quran punishable by law, wanted to ban headscarfs in government buildings and wanted to ban islamic schools (that teach just 1.5 hours per week about religion and for the rest teach the standard Dutch curriculum). Geert Wilders has lived for some time in Israel.
