you are literally stupid af. this isn't even remotely true. if a sloot wants full custody she gets it. it's only joint custody if the father proves hes capable of providing financial and emotional support. a sloot DOES NOT need to do that.

The default in nearly all states is joint legal custody with the mother getting primary physical custody.

I have literally never seen a case where a father lost visitation rights unless there were allegations of sexual or physical abuse of the kids.

Wife could make that up, sure. But it also could be true. I'd like someone to just find the guys wrap sheet before they start making him a hero. Family court can definitely suck and be unfair, but there are also a million actually abusive parents. It's a 50:50 shot what the real story is here.

In my experience family court judges are the polar opposite of criminal judges.

Criminal judges are typically very lenient and give guys the bare minimum except in major cases. Family court judges typically rule in favor of the women and are very harsh towards men.

The cold hard truth is marriage in the US is legally similar to a business. And while many men are in a state of emotional distress women are often cold/level headed and come out ahead in these situations. If you don't protect yourself you can very well get fukked by the courts.

this has nothing to do with the case but i feel it needs to be said.judges normally dont have anything to do with how much time a person gets unless it goes to trial.99% of the time its up to the DA or SA recommend a sentence and 99% of the time the judge agrees to plea deal the DA and the defendant agree on.its extremely rare that a judge over rules the plea deal and gives the defendant more or less time.sometimes someone will ask a judge for an open plead deal but thats kida rare too.just saying.been to jail and court more times than i can count

I had a tax lien 4 times in my life. Three were for 2 years before I found out and one was for 12 years before I found out. The 3 were federal, the one was from state of MD. They send you letters but it you never get them, you have no idea.

I am not defending his character but a temporary PO isn't difficult to get and judges take all guns from DV allegations.
