The context is DeSantis was asked about bringing Palestinians as "refugees" into the US if they didn't support Hamas (1,000,000+ Palestinians was the number thrown out) and he said he didn't support bringing any of them here, which is what Tapper is asking her about.

Her neocon Israel-first answer about how Palestinians actually want to be "free" from Hamas and the US being able to separate "civilians from terrorists" directly contradicts DeSantis' answer and makes it abundantly clear she doesn't care how many Palestinians are shipped here against the wishes of Americans, so long as Israel gets more land and less Muslims.

I didn't listen to the video but the people of Gaza originally voted for Hamas. Hamas then were brutal to the PLO remaining in the territory if I recall. Bringing t1 million people from Gaza to the US doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
