If you drink a glass of water in between alcohol it helps a lot. You probably won’t do a glass between every drink if you’re drinking a lot all night but at least half a glass between them or a glass in between every 2 to 3 will help

Yeah when I figured this out it was a miracle. So I get a Gatorade if I know I'm gonna be drinking a lot. I get hangovers very easily and staying hydrated while drinking as helped tremendously.

They're organic and 85 cal, 3.8% Tastes like water with a little bit of beer and you can drink 6 or 8 or 12 of them and since the ABV is so low you won't get hungover or still feel drunk the next morning srs. Will still get you drunk if you keep a decent pace but you'll never get blackout or stupid.

A hangover is caused by your blood carrying more alcohol than it is water leading to dehydration of your cells

If you get a bad hangover it's because you lacked the needed electrolytes prior to that occuring; that's why an IV of sodium chloride will cure a hangover in 30 minutes flat
