Hello everybody, after years and years of training incorrectly and suffering recovery problems. I've decided on a new workout. I used to pyramid up then pyramid back down, however i'm thinking it's best to try to just pyramid up and that way I won't over work myself.
I'm 30, 5ft 11. 170lbs.
One day I will warm up, then do a set of 4 pullups with 10lbs on my back. then rest a minute or two and do 8 pullups, then do a set of max which is like 14 and i'm done (used to pyramid back down but I did like 1, then 2, then 3, all the way up to 10 and back down so thats like 100 pullups total, but that's too much so now i do half)
Then i'll do weighted pushups, a set of 7, a set of 14, then a set of 20 or just max up to 30 and be done, then squats.
and 3-4 days later i'll do bench press. 20 lbs for 20 reps, 65 lbs for 20 reps, 95 lbs for 15 reps, and a set of like 130 lbs for max, like 14 reps. and do the same weight and reps with rows.
Then i'm done and 3 days later i'll do the pullups and pushups thing again.
What do yall think. I've actually grown a little bit since starting this.
I used to do like 3 sets per exercise, and a few different exercises, but i don't feel like i can recover good enough between workouts.
I eat 3 eggs and oatmeal every morning, second breakfast at like 10:30. then lunch, then second lunch. then evening. and sometimes a bedtime meal. probably getting 1g/bw of protein a day, get some carbs n fatties too.

He was out on bail the next day after stealing my truck. He didn't show up for his first court date. Police pick him up and put him in the hoosegow.
My maintenance guys daughter is an attorney and she's married to a judge. He said this state's strategy is to release felons asap so they can commit another felony. Then the 3 strike law kicks in and they get 20 years.Current rankings

I have done 1-10 ladders with fixed weights before (e.g. sandbags, kettlebells). The warm up is built in and if you can hit all of the reps clean, you can progress to the next heavier weight. I personally like to keep my rest intervals short in between (15 sec per rep, so 1st rep is 15 sec, 2nd rep is 30 sec, 3rd rep is 45 sec, and so on) so if I can nail everything then I know I have "mastered" that weight and can progress to the next one.
