If you were a police officer, would you want to work in a precinct in a Black or Latino area or a Black town? Black and Latinos do not like police officers at all, especially White police officers, even the liberal white cops who try to appeal to them, they don't like at the end of the day, because they are white.

I know a few white cops that worked in cities. They all feel pretty strongly about blacks. I’ve heard stories. The stuff they saw there is just above and beyond their experiences in poor white communities.
The cops in the ghetto should definitely be all black.
