    Triceps

I am trying to grow triceps . my biceps are pretty good imo im working on chest , legs are **** and shoulders i cannot seem to grow , and an alr back but triceps . I really want to grow them as arms are one of my main focuses. For training triceps i primarily use overhead tricep extensions and skull crushers. But ive come off a cut where i wasnt working out as much as i should have been so i took a hit. Getting back into it and my overhead tricep extensiosn (1 armed becuase im having trouble with adequate loading of single dummbell) and i cant do them , i have slightly upped the weight and my shoulders just completely give out after a couple of reps , please help how do i remove shoulder activation

Probably not 1:1, as I do overheads with two arms and on the long rope. My shoulders are also a relative weak point, so I do my overheads with my upper arms set back, almost in-line with my neck and head. In this position I feel a little stretch in lats, and almost zero shoulder activation, which helps me hammer my triceps like nothing else. Try setting your arms back.
