I lived on 60k with a family of 5. (Granted this was a several years ago so I would imagine it is about 70k in todays dollars). Very tight, but doable.

I would say 85K in most non-urban areas would give you a decent life. (56 percentile)

In another post about minimum wage, I thought maybe you unintentionally misrepresented others' positions. You made it seem like people didn't want wages to go up, when that's not true. People don't want the government involved.

In the previous post, I gave you a pass thinking you misunderstood. But now that you've blurred/misrepresented others' stances (as well as your own) twice, I'll have to assume you're doing it on purpose.

So again, I'll tell you this: I'll assume people don't think you're a communist because you want people to make more money (something just about everyone universally wants). People think you're a communist because you want the government to control private business.

No one deserves anything. You get what you can demand as long as you're worth it. Want higher wages, go tell whoever you work for you need a raise. They'll either laugh at you, or give you what you think you're worth.

None of my posts mentioned anything about The government. But since we're on that subject, hasn't government been involved since the industrial revolution?

What other countries/societies are doing good with little to no government involvement? I'm keen to think most people can't fight on their own will as misc makes it to believe.
