You said you were tapering off your meds 4 years ago, and you're still here doing the same exact thing and suffering even more (I see still popping benzos too)
Doctors are not here to help you, they are here to feed you petroleum based pharm meds that will fuk you up more (the evidence is already there) because they are sales reps for big pharma
You are exactly what big pharma and the entire medical community LOVE. You don't question anything and keep popping pills they feed you...

Sorry if you mentioned this, but did he give you any prescription med to offset the phentermine taken during the day? I remember taking phentermine after buying it from sketchy online pharmacies to help get through grad school. Would keep me up for days. Felt so depressed. Nothing like the dopamine affect from addy.

This is why I don't go to the doctor unless completely necessary. I don't take pills. I don't take anything.
You end up like this. On 4 anti-anxiety meds, ozempic, and other random chit. You're literally taking something to mitigate the side effects of something, which is then giving you more side effects and it is an endless cycle.
You need a new doctor and you need to take care of your health normally.

I take 5 psych meds so you taper off one at a time. I've gone from 20mg ****** a day in 2018 to 5 mg ****** a day. ****** is paused for now. Now she is tapering me off of the Abilify so that's the only one to taper between now and January. That's the one that causes the most weight gain, high cholesterol and diabetes.
I go to one of the top medical groups in the area and the doctors all have access to my medical records online. The prescription list is getting overwhelming for me to manage at this point in time.
Well, he's a weight management specialist--not a lung doctor. All he sees is with Ozempic 1.0 I lost 10 lbs but hit a plateau, so like any weight dr. he'll increase the Ozempic to 2.0 and then also give me this fen/phen (the latter), but he doesn't get pneumonia.
His nurse practitioner even suggested I start walking 10 minutes a day and build up from that. Well, just going to work is straining me, and that's gentle walking, so I am careful as I went back to work too early and could hardly move the next game. Then I went to a 49er game and 8,000 steps of walking put me in bed for 2 days.
Man, I've never had pneumonia before but it is brutal. It is getting better, though.
I feel much better today without that stim and the ****** allowed me to sleep.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.

I take 5 anti-anxiety and anti-depressants during the day and night which have sedative effects, so he figures those would balance out the phen. I think yesterday maybe I drank too much coffee with it or it interacted with some other new med. It was very scary.
I take ****** regularly but it's a controlled substance and quite regulated, so my aunt's are for emergency reasons like if I run out, or when I did an MRI and I get panic attacks.
It is a problem with our health system. My Dad is on more medication and it's almost a full-time job to keep track of his medication.
The reason why I even started ANYTHING rooted down to me going into the eating disorder hospital and gaining 50 lbs in 3 months. A hot guy who modeled for the cover of Sega VirtaTennis called me fat and then I barreled into the worst anxiety 24/7. I tried to go drug free for 2 years and just take herbs, meditate and yoga, but I could only work part-time and I was miserable.
**Hence I went the pharma route in 2003 so I could keep on top of a high stress job and be a working Mom, although when I took 4 years off to be home with her I didn't need meds**Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.

I'm very very confused by your doctor.
I'm not able to take any anti-anxiety meds during the day while I'm on stimulants because they've got major contraindications and you're on 5 and he rxed you that stuff for weight loss? It doesn't make sense.
I'm so sorry you had that experience. I've had a couple of those with modafinil and they're no fun.BrosefMengele is my #1 fan.
