It is my rest day today, I train on a 5-day per week PP-PPL split. While I was gaming, I felt a tightness in my right lat that got painful as I stretched it, like when extending my arm to grab water. The pain isn't nearly as debilitating as a torn lat would be, and it doesn't look extremely discoloured, so I am disinclined to say that it was a tear. I still fear the possibility that it could be strained or some other minor injury, as my right shoulder blade seems to be set further back than my left.
Roughly a week and a half ago, while doing a rest-pause set on plate-loaded machine pullovers, I felt a sharp pain in that exact spot and ended the workout there. I have since trained back twice without feeling the pain. Tomorrow is pull day (back and biceps), and I am wondering if I am worrying over nothing and should train tomorrow, or if I should take a rest tomorrow and start with push on Sunday? Sorry in advance for the dirty mirror.
UPDATE: Pain now flares up when I extend the left arm too, went to pick up my phone charging cord and found out the hard way.
UPDATE #2: Taking today off, also scale says 135 now for some reason. Will continue with my regular split tomorrow.

Tightness in the lat, anything to be concerned about?
