Good evening. I'm a skinny guy, 19 years old, and I want to start working out. I got tired of being thin.
This is the excuse I use every time, I've already started the gym three times. But this time I am afraid to repeat: to start gym and stop after 1 month making excuses like "I am tired" "I will do it tomorrow". I need motivation, something to make me go to the gym. I know that I'm supposed to understand these things, it varies from person to person, but I'd like to hear some of your experiences. How did you find motivation? How do you silence the voice in you that says not to go?
