    Motivation, help me

    Good evening. I'm a skinny guy, 19 years old, and I want to start working out. I got tired of being thin.
    This is the excuse I use every time, I've already started the gym three times. But this time I am afraid to repeat: to start gym and stop after 1 month making excuses like "I am tired" "I will do it tomorrow". I need motivation, something to make me go to the gym. I know that I'm supposed to understand these things, it varies from person to person, but I'd like to hear some of your experiences. How did you find motivation? How do you silence the voice in you that says not to go?

    The **** you want me to say, "I'll give you a cookie if you go"?? I'm 16 and i have absolutely no problem with staying consistent. It's not even that hard to have discipline for such a trivial thing like the gmy. Motivation is bull**** because it comes and goes. you're just a big ****ing pussy
