I think I was smoked with the right, I couldn't match it with the left. Need to do left first next time.

That’s a 1# and 1rep increase. This feels like the traps in the back are gonna tear, that’s good!

Only the 3rd time doing these and I figured out the best stance and head position, yes, this is a fricking good one!

This is called pump day, never take a off if I can, do a pump day instead. The pump day helps keep the muscles gorged. Pumps may not cause actual growth but I’m seeing if they are done consistent while progressing in weight, the muscles have no choice but to adapt to it and they grow.
114 x 60 in the floor press is my best on a 60repper. I stopped doing 1-set of 60 and progressing when I started this log due to the arm tendon issue.Authentic Knights Swing Heavy Steel and Have Hands and Wrists of Steel!
