    My tennis elbow, I can finally squeeze a barbell spring collar closed fully without feeling like my elbow is going to break. It still throbs though but the squeeze strength is coming back.

    This is called pump day, never take a off if I can, do a pump day instead. The pump day helps keep the muscles gorged. Pumps may not cause actual growth but I’m seeing if they are done consistent while progressing in weight, the muscles have no choice but to adapt to it and they grow.

    114 x 60 in the floor press is my best on a 60repper. I stopped doing 1-set of 60 and progressing when I started this log due to the arm tendon issue.
