Summer so far 21 pounds
Total weight lost = 180 pounds as of 9/20
Well, I came close to what I wanted for summer so I am starting the new thread for Fall. Fall Sept 23rd-Dec 21st? Track your weight loss progress here.
I am going on a semi-kind of maintenance for a few months so I might not lose as much weight but I might jump back into it later this fall into the winter. I'll keep track to hold myself accountable on a weekly weigh in.

I will hop on. I had a lot of success on one of threads back in the first quarter of the year. I am 5'10 and started around 193 lbs and landed 167 lbs or so. I would love to get down to 160 lbs but my body definitely fights me around that point. I am kind of in a maintenance mode now since I got tired of dieting but I would like to slowly get down to at least 165 lbs and stay there. 4 lbs actually makes a decent difference when my shirt is off.
I am happy to be back in the 160's now, especially after I had some concerning blood test results when I was heavier. I still wanna get down a little more though if possible.Dec 1 2014: 188.5 lbs

Currently at 169.2 lbs this morning. I goal is lower 160's but having a tough time getting there and staying there easily. Going on a 5 day vacation later this week. Goal is to stay in the 160s while on vacation then perhaps focus on getting down to 165 and learning to live there comfortably.

0.8 g protein per lb of bodyweight
0.35 g fat per lb of bodyweight
Recently it's something like:
2,100 - 2,500 calories
170 - 195 g protein
80 - 95 g fat
28 - 36 g fiber
4 to 5 meals a day
Serving of brazil nuts / pistachios / or olive oil for fats
Serving of protein powder / lean pork / lean beef / lean chicken
1 or 2 servings of fruits * or sweet potato
Supplements of:
Orange Triad + Greens
Creatine Mono 5g
