    Summer so far 21 pounds
    Total weight lost = 180 pounds as of 9/20

    Well, I came close to what I wanted for summer so I am starting the new thread for Fall. Fall Sept 23rd-Dec 21st? Track your weight loss progress here.

    I am going on a semi-kind of maintenance for a few months so I might not lose as much weight but I might jump back into it later this fall into the winter. I'll keep track to hold myself accountable on a weekly weigh in.

    I will hop on. I had a lot of success on one of threads back in the first quarter of the year. I am 5'10 and started around 193 lbs and landed 167 lbs or so. I would love to get down to 160 lbs but my body definitely fights me around that point. I am kind of in a maintenance mode now since I got tired of dieting but I would like to slowly get down to at least 165 lbs and stay there. 4 lbs actually makes a decent difference when my shirt is off.

    I am happy to be back in the 160's now, especially after I had some concerning blood test results when I was heavier. I still wanna get down a little more though if possible.

    Currently at 169.2 lbs this morning. I goal is lower 160's but having a tough time getting there and staying there easily. Going on a 5 day vacation later this week. Goal is to stay in the 160s while on vacation then perhaps focus on getting down to 165 and learning to live there comfortably.

    This was not a dry weigh-in.
    I'm 190.8 lbs, about 11.0% body fat. Love handles / lower belly fat is pretty much non-existent here, good definition all around.
    It's likely I'm at ~ 170 lbs lean.

    2.
    I likely need to get to 188.8 lbs to get to 10% body fat.
    2 lbs in 4 weeks.
    Extending my deficit for 4 more weeks through the Fall, then I'll try to reach maintenance for the rest of Fall.

    3.
    My right elbow is still injured, still taking time off from working out
    I expect I'll need at least another week or two to recover
    I'm not too bothered by having to take a break from working out
    It's more like a desensitization phase
    I can tell even my knees and hips are healing so this is good
