Just started it and so far it's pretty sick actually. Graphics are cool and the gunplay has been good. Flying through space is a little weird though.

Right in the beginning I was supposed to travel to this moon planet. I kept trying to get there..but idk if I was even getting any closer? I eventually just fast traveled there but was confused as **** if I could actually just fly there on my own or not.

I put about 30 hours into starfield and unfortunately it's just a pretty average game, the Ign 7 was probably accurate tbh.

It's not bad it's just not overly memorable and not on par with their skyrim or fallout games because of a slightly dull, unremarkable world.

I didn't finish the game because Baldurs Gate 3 came out on PS5 so I'm playing that now and it's got my full attention. I'd probably only go back to starfield if there is a very dry release schedule.

Not hating but Bethesda just didn't hit the mark.
