    Need help.

I used to focus only on upper-body workouts, but recently, I've transitioned to a structured routine called the All Pros full-body workout. However, I'm feeling uncertain about my diet and cardio plan for fat loss. To give you some context, I'm 19 years old, weigh 182 pounds, and stand at 5'10. My goal is to achieve a lean and fit physique – not overly bulky, but well-muscled and lean. I've started seeing some muscle growth, particularly in my chest and shoulders, but I still have a noticeable amount of body fat. And some areas are lacking like my biceps and legs.

I'm considering going on an aggressive calorie deficit and adding daily 10,000-step walks to my routine to help me reach that lean look. If this approach seems reasonable, I'd appreciate advice from anyone with experience to confirm. I'd also like to know how many calories I should aim to consume and what my protein intake should be to reach my goal of a lean physique. Your guidance and advice would be
    appreciated

My gut feeling is that you are overthinking it.It's not rocket science.I would get you started with machines,a good learning tool before alot of freeweights, which you can advance to later.Don't worry about caleries, you are 19 and your body is still changing, protein shakes are okay, but get good meals & good sleep. If your gym has attendants, pick one who seems to have it together and ask questions.Last resort get a trainer if you can afford, local Ys have en,you can cancel any time.Lastly, don't be in a rush.Nowadays everyone wants results today and if it's not fast enough they quit the gym.Good luck.
