He said recently his only regret as far as things he didn’t accomplish was he finally got a singles match at mania after years of wrestling at manias. Then Covid no crowd for it. He wanted the crowd pop Bad when Mandy punched him in his balls . Said he wanted to sell that moment infront of 75+ thousand cause he put a lot of time into building up that rivalry. And to not have that mania crowd cheer him felt insulting

ziggler is gonna end up in aew. his brother is an elite nuthugger. i think he'd do well there. they could throw him right into a program with mjf.
i hope shelton goes to aew too. i'm guessing they'll also sign ali and he'll do some flips. elias will end up in tna or with billy corgan imoheart also wants what the dick wants

AEW (allegedly) gives creative freedom and that’s where Ziggler would struggle. Let’s be real, if he was ever going to get over he would have. Ziggler has had plenty of opportunity over the years to help himself and was put in spots to do so. He earned the credibility enough to have a say, and his say wasn’t enough to amount to anything besides being a good little hand. He just doesn’t have “it” to connect with an audience in any sustainable way.
If he signs over, he’ll just be tasked with putting over higher talents on Rampage in the typical 20 minute high spot/no sell match with an obvious winner that AEW loyalists fap over. That’s his ceiling. Not a bad gig though if that pubic hair headed fuk boy Khan will dish out a good paycheck for it.
The “WWE shackles” narrative has been proven wrong so many times over. Only a handful of the countless ex-WWE talents have gotten to be a bigger thing in AEW than they were prior. I’d bet against it here.

don't think of aew as a wrestling promotion with linear storylines. think of it as an indy that runs a couple of times a week in different markets that happens to have a huge budget and every big name in the north american market that isn't with wwe.
they'll book a couple of "dream matches" and then the shine will wear off. that's how it goes over there unless you're a truly transcendent talent like mjf, (possibly) ftr, punk, starks, danielson, christian or darby(not my fav, but the dude is a star)heart also wants what the dick wants

you're right he's popular but look at his last couple years. He's definitely had a couple strikes already and you have to cut somebody loose at a certain point to remind everyone in the locker room that you need to be more mindful of your public image. it's not like he's 24 and just needs some advice and can straighten it out. he's 37.
Elias was fun when he had his time. Guy's jacked as hell, funny, great heel, and made the most of every opportunity he got. it's too bad but at the same time you're happy he got to be a star. very memorable run.
