So for the last 4-5 weeks I’ve been experiencing very intense muscle soreness during my workout. If I’m lucky I make it 3-4 exercises in before it sets in, but some days like today it starts right off the rip. It makes the muscle im using hurt a LOT almost as if I tore it when I do my 2 working sets, and for multiple minutes after each set. For pain level reference I’ve torn my bicep before, and the working sets when I do curls feels almost identical to the feeling of the muscle tearing during and for several minutes after the set. Then it goes away.
I should mention I’m 5 weeks into a 12 week SARM cycle. I’m on 15mg of Rad140, MK2866 and MK677 every day. My diet and other areas are locked in and I’ve been meal prepping consistently for over a year now.
Unless it’s purely coincidence I’m fairly confident it’s caused somehow by the SARM cycle but I’ve been able to find very little info as to why. The only thing I found on it was an opinion from someone saying they believed it was due to the constant PR setting and ability to push heavier weight every week, thus causing much more muscle damage each lift. I did think it could be actual injuries so I took a few days off to see. I feel completely fine the next day (likely the recovery effects of the SARMs) but took a few days off anyway, went back and 3 sets in it was just like before.
I’m curious if anyone has more information on this and knows if there’s any supplement or anything I can take to combat this?
