    Feedback on Split

Trained for years on and off but never consistently for long period due to general lack of will power or injury. Have played with full body, 5x5, All Pro, etc, but right now this has been feeling good. Wondered if anyone had any comments about anything that's missing or any other feedback? 43, 5'9, 87kg. Have some muscle but fat around belly, probably around 22% BF 😔

    Monday
    Flat Barbell Bench
    Bent over Barbell Row
    Lat Pulldown
    Decline Barbell Bench
    Barbell Shrug
    Lateral Dumbbell Raises

    Tuesday
    Barbell Squat
    Stiff Legged Deadlift
    Calf Raises
    Glute Machine
Spider Curls (i do biceps on lower day)

    Thursday
    Pull Ups
    Standing Overhead Press
    Incline Dumbbell Bench
    Incline Dumbbell Fly
    Seated Cable Row
    Tricep Push Down

    Friday
    Deadlift
    Leg Press
    Calf Raises
    Glute Machine (different one)
    Concentration Curl
    Hammer Curl

All 3 sets of 8-12 (like All Pro, moving up the rep range then 10% bump after 5 weeks) except deadlift which is 5-9. Pull-ups I am currently doing 3 sets of 4 with mixed grips. I sometimes attempt a 1RM at end of bench, dead or squat.
I do abs on Leg days if I can

    Thanks!

Without knowing anything about your lifts, what you look like or how long you've been doing this consistently, if it's "feeling good" and you're happy with the results then keep doing it.

Seems like you are hitting all the key lifts. It's not personally how I'd set up a program but if it's working, keep it up. When it stops working, re-evaluate.

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
