Is eSim a PITA especially if you have to travel internationally? Still hesitant to upgrade from XS Max due to physical sim.

Hundreds spent year after year just to text or male phone calls here and there? Actual businesses owners or executives or any job where a phone is key component of the job makes sense. To just scroll Instagram or mundane sht is a major waste IMO. ONLY thing I can think of where some people may need a high end phone is if they're seriously into photography or videography and they don't or can't afford high end equipment. But then again based off of the spending Icucks do anyways they may as well just do that anyways. Anyone buying the newest Iphone or continually upgrading should never complain about $$ issues. Common knowledge they fuk their phones over time on purpose while changing nothing and yet people still buy them regardless while complaining about it. Cucked to the max.
For many Americans being so anti CCP/Communist/ Big Business, you all sure are keeping the wheel spinning. Can't complain about the system you continually support willingly.Official MISC Coffee Drinkers V2 thread:

In the US we have a lack of regulation on data regardless. Any app can sell your data whether they agree not to. There's nothing stopping them from doing it. I hated that aspect and limited the amount of apps I used to download and permissions, but there's no beating these corporations at their game because the data is too valuable for them not to steal/sell. I'd be delusional to think any of my data is safe no matter what phone or service provider I use.
I'd rather have a phone with some of the best specs out there. And AT&T gave it to me for free, so it was a no brainer. I've had a Galaxy since the first one came out. I've considered other phones, but not many beat the Galaxy depending up the version. The S23 Ultra is pretty tough to beat.★★★ A State of Trance Crew ★★★

I don't know how a company can get away with the same design on a phone for 4 years in a row (or arguably 5 with the 11 series) and people will still buy it up.
USB 2.0 on the basic 15 lmao I was like lmao.
I will still stick with my iphone 8 plus even though it isn't getting the latest ios. Put in a new battery myself for $20 and some time, still does basically everything I need.
I *might* get an iphone 12 if I see a good deal just to get 5g, my work might require me to for security idk.Catholic Crew

iPhone 12 is still running strong in Europe LOL...
Belgium reviews Apple's iPhone 12 after France halts sales over radiation
Belgium said on Thursday it would review potential health risks linked to Apple's iPhone 12, raising the prospect that more European countries might ban the model after France ordered a halt to sales due to breaches of radiation exposure limits.
Apple contests the French findings, saying the iPhone 12 - now a relatively old model launched in 2020 - was certified by multiple international bodies as compliant with radiation standards.

I still have an iphone x from 2017. No case and not a single scratch on it but the battery is chit and it overheats to the point that I have to set it down or else it hurts my hand.
Will be upgrading only because I need to.
Buying a new phone is like having to get a new car. You lose every time. Makes me feel like a sucker tbh.NEVER TIPS CREW

I use wired ear buds. The apple ones. Have had chicks come up and start a conversation about them in the gym multiple times. ded srs. I don't know what the phenomenon is about them but I only use them because I have terrible tinnitus and the Bluetooth ones sketch me out. Plus I always dropped them and they'd bounce around the gym floor.NEVER TIPS CREW

It has only ever been a status symbol to poors. E.g., in China, etc.
Back in the day maybe Vertu was a status symbol of sorts but it was normally placed on a table next to car keys which were far more a status symbol than a phone could ever be.
I am in the market for a new phone, with usb-c iPhone might be attractive again so I could use my portable dac...
