Started growing mine a month ago. Fall and winter are right around the corner.
A beard is nature's scarf.
Just trying to decide what type of beard I want to go for this year.
Who's in?
Might just go for a big beard again like this.

Very nice beard op.
I cut mine a while ago. Kinda miss it. Kinda don't. Everyone thought I was Arabic.
People would come up to me speaking Arabic. Lol
Maybe I should grow it back out.

Das it mane. Definitely IN. Your OP pic looks good.
Posted this in my own thread a few days ago, but I’m at about 9 months growth. Aiming for a yeard (chin length, will maintain the sides).
Ded @ the Arabic comment. I had a dude from the UAE come up to me at a gas station recently greeting me with “alhamdulillah“ calling me “habibi” and asking where I’m from lmao srs. I personally don’t even think I look middle eastern (too fair skinned) but for some reason the beard makes people think twice.

There's no such thing as a "beard growing season". That's some nonsense that millennial guys with weak facial hair genetics came up with in order to give themselves an entire month ("no shave November", hur hur!) to grow out their dainty goatees and choppy sideburns while normalizing it. It's the equivelent of bald guys who seriously need to get it over with and shave their heads clean, but they refuse to and keep growing their hair out excessively long, thereby exacerbating how bad it looks.

They measure from the bottom of your lower lip:
6" or less - Short Beard (mine was 5.75")
Over 6" - Long Beard (some dudes had over foot long beards there)
Free-style - reserved for crazy mustaches, dye-jobs, wires, braids, etc. (a black dude with a dreaded beard won this category at the show)Epic Beard Man crew

Nice beard, boyo. I used to rock a big beard. I'd brush and oil it daily. Now, I keep it short but I trim using scissors, never an electric razor. I only use the latter for my neck line. I've found that's the best way to keep a nice full beard.
Mirin' beard genetics hard af, boyo! Great beard. Looks soft. lol!*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*

Thanks. It stays pretty soft with a cheap beard conditioner in the shower and then a beard mousse applied while it is still wet prior to blow drying.
You wouldn't laugh if you saw the lengths of some of the beards in the "long beard" category there, brah.
Straight up ZZ Top beards.Epic Beard Man crew
