how do you guys get abs? srs

Been hitting gym consistently for few months. I dont directly work on abs. Is it all diet? my diet is sus on the weekends.

True. Cutting off alcohol completely did wonders! Try to do some cardio at least 2x a week in addition

diet and probably 10-15 more pounds lighter than you'll think you'll need to be

My buddy wasn't using his so I surgically removed them and made an ab shirt for myself. Worked pretty well.

it is, srs. you have to keep the fat off your mid section or that layer of fat will always cover up your abs, if you can discipline yourself with diet, you can get abs without lifting a finger, srs.

I remember getting abs one time in about 5-6 months just by changing my diet.
