    Combined Nordic leg curl/GHR/hyperextension

    This would be my only concern:

    Do I need to add weight on the back?

    For most exercises, you do not need to add a counterweight to it.

    However, if you are over 6 feet tall or 200 lbs, we would recommend loading a weight plate on the back during explosive (concentric) Nordic curls to prevent tipping.


    Most of the time I'm over 200 lbs and I use hundreds of lbs for weighted back extensions, so I don't think this would work for me

    Other than that it looks solid

    I own the nordic mini, keep it in my living room, to use while I watch TV. It's actually nicer than the pics, much grippier vinyl that what's pictured. I have to have 50lbs of counter weight on it, or it tips on me (200 lbs bw). It's much harder than my full size GHD, and I wished the foot plate was a little bigger at times.

    Back extensions with weight look like an eventual accident waiting to happen with the way those are constructed.
