Low Alcohol Tolerance
I like the effect of wine on my body, the effect of 1 medium glass with 175 ml of 10-11% red wine or a 269 ml can of muscat rose 7% sparkling wine, I would like to drink it at night due to the effects of increase libido etc. But I also like to take it at lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays, I have a low resistance to alcohol, even though I am an experienced drinker, if I have more than 9-11 drinks in a sitting for 2-4 hours I I end up throwing up and if I have more than 15 drinks in that period I end up passing out and waking up only the next day, I would like to have a higher tolerance, because I always have to leave before the party because I have a low tolerance.
Consulte os detalhes I like to buy the wine in a pet bottle or a 750 ml bottle, the 4.5 liter bottle is a little heavy
I'm afraid of breaking it on the floor when turning it over to put it in the bowl.
Wine makes me burn calories, it warms me in the winter and helps to increase my libido.

I grew back after 22, what could it be?
I'm 22 years old and I've grown 2 cm in the last 5 months, everyone says I've really grown, which could be in my case, I'm afraid that my friends I've seen between 17 and 22 won't recognize me if I grow more, that it's a little bad, I do cardio, walking, calisthenics but I don't do weight exercises stretching is a little rare, but even after stretching that is even when I wake up I don't lose those 2 cm, I even end up gaining 1 cm when I wake up almost one day after stretching, my height is 2 cm taller in the afternoon than I was in the morning 5 months ago.Last edited by bodybuilderbr2; 08-11-2023 at 12:39 PM.

3 months of home training

I've never been sedentary, I've never been very active, if I train every day when the gym is open I do 20 minutes 6 x week, if I do 2 x without a record I start to stop doing gym, if I do calisthenics I do 1 x or 2 x a week about 1 hour a week, the weight I lift at home is very light, if I buy at the market I do less calisthenics during the week

what does this mean? you stop going to the gym if you don't make progress in two workouts?
also, can't you do a proper gym routine 3-4x/week? each session takes 45-60 minutes and you'll make some progress. while it's possible, i don't know what kind of program you have that lets you do 20 minutes 6x/week
