    From my experience:

    Mutual Openness & Trust are Huge for Compliance

    (aka Humans do what they should be doing irregardless if you’re there or not.)
    (for their own well-being & results)

    Generally created by being Honest | Open | & Upfront in all ways.

    Since the very beginning of the relationship.

    This is a soft intangible that I have found necessary.



    Beyond that

    ❍ Applying The Fundamentals of Good Nutrition gets most Beyond the Results they Want ❍

    Application of:

    ❄︎ Great Sleep

    ❄︎ Great Hydration

    ⚛︎ The Adding of More Whole Foods
    ( ie: proteins, veggies, fruits, single ingredient foods )
    ( tie these to foods & meals they already love! )

    ・A Simple Structure, Framework of Good Eating Habits

    ・Basic Understanding of Energy Balance & The Foods They Eat

    ( *how that directly effects their daily energy & their long-term results or lack thereof)


    Specific application of the above to the human you are serving will get them beyond the results they expected.

    The first three alone = great results.



    Only reason to get more specific I have found is for any type of Competitors or Athletes.
    (( even for them the Outsized Returns = The Applying Fundamentals. ))



    I would like to re-emphasize a

    Mutual Relationship of Radical Candor + Openness.

    Be Kind not Nice. | Be Truthful not a Dixk.

    Hold them Accountable. | Collaboratively Work Alongside Them w/ What They Can Apply Now.



    After that.

    Apply the Fundamentals. Apply the Fundamentals. Apply the Fundamentals.
