If so, do they honour the sacrificial laws of Leviticus for the remission of sin or as general sacrifice to God?

Do muslims honour the old testament?

Are you a muslim?
So they're saying that the whole book of Leviticus is not true? There was always sacrifices made to God and it all begun with Cain and Abel - when did those stop?
For me as a Christian, they stopped with Jesus Christ's sacrifice.
So how is a muslims sin remited? (or a Jew's for that matter)."It's hard to be yourself in a world filled with haters" - WiseOldApe.

Muslims, just like Christians have little to no real knowledge of their own religion. Unless we're talking about a mufti, imam or similar, the everyday worshipper doesn't actively study the quran or hadiths. Its an insanely large body of work which is mostly incoherent rambling.
Islam is an abrahamic religion. To summarize it very briefly, you first got the jews with the old testament. Then we got Jesus Christ and we got the new testament. By and large these people were following the same religion with some minor differences. Then, several hundred years after Jesus Christ we got Muhammad basically saying "yes, most of this is correct however I've been talking to God and he's saying I'll be the last prophet, and he has a lot of corrections to make to the claims from current and previous prophets and followers". So you got the Quran which is what God told Muhammad word for word. Then you got the hadiths which is things Muhammad said and did. The old testament, in the mind of a muslim is basically viewed as corrupted scripture where some is correct but a lot of it is wrong, because the ACTUAL word of God that is up to date is the Quran.390 back squat

Yeah but aren't old testament books largely unchanged when compared to old scrolls that they've found?
Isn't it that Judaism is the original religion of the Most High God, creator of the Heaven and earth - and then the israelites kept sinning too much so the Most High God promised a messiah and that's why Jesus Christ happened?
Where does islam fit into all of this apart from them being the descendants of Abraham via Hagar."It's hard to be yourself in a world filled with haters" - WiseOldApe.

The Quran was direct revelation from Allah through the angel Jibreel (Gabriel) to Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) just like Prophet Moses received the Torah (AS) and Prophet Isa (Jesus) (AS) received the Injeel (Bible). Prophet Muhammed was illiterate so whatever similar principles shared in the Quran to both the Torah and Injeel were directly from Allah and were not chosen by him. The only sacrifice that Muslims participate in is after Eid-Al-Adha where they have to slaughter a goat/lamb because of Prophet Abrahams (AS) willingness to sacrifice his own son Prophet Ismail (AS).
A Muslims sin is remitted through pilgrimage to the Kaaba. The Kaaba is located in Mecca and is was built by Prophet Abraham (AS) and Prophet Ismail (AS). It is the location that Muslims pray towards directly after a revelation from Allah. Before they would pray towards (Al-Quds) Temple Mount.

Muslims follow the Quran and the teachings (Hadith) of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). There is an authentic Hadith that states Hajj or Umrah will expiate minor sins but major sins require true repentance.

the quraan i do understand that all muslims follow it ... but when it comes to hadith or sunna.... most of it is weak..... and again a sin remitted by only going to kabaa during haj/pilgrimage.. doesnt make sense.. cause you can kill, rape etc etc then goto haj and all your sins will be deleted? i believe that if a human being srsly ask the almighty for forgivness ... then itll be granted to him without the need of going to kaaba. I mean think leaders of these 3 sh!t holes ....syria,iran,lebanon..you telling me the sh!t they done will be forgiven when they goto pilgrimage?? no fukcing wayyyyyyyyyyy
i had a visit to lebanon 3 years ago... theres a shiite sect that i was interested in knowing more about ... and the amount of dog sh!t they believe in is crazy ... and same goes for the sunnis ..where you see they never call isis peeps infedals ....these guys also believe on all sort of crazy sh!t
again.. people can post as many hadeeth or sunna or whatever as you want ... but if its not in the quraan ... then mehhCherish your life. Live to tell your story

Not sure where you’re getting the idea that all hadith is weak. Yea, there are weak hadiths and there are strong hadiths. They’re determined by the scholars of Islam. They are vital in Islam as they address things not mentioned in the Quran.
The idea of sects in Islam was prophesied by the prophet (PBUH) and were urged to refrain from joining sects and just follow Quran and Sunnah. Also, I’m not sure which Muslims you are talking about because I don’t believe that ISIS or Al Qaida are not mujahedeen. They’re viewed as khawarij (people who innovate and follow their whims or desires).
There are people like you that only believe in the Quran and don’t follow sunnah. I would refer you to this question asked and the answers here: https://islamqa.info/en/answers/604/...ing-the-sunnah

again muslims like you who follow more on the hadeeth and believe in it more than the quraan itself are the biggest problem in islam.... ive never seen a single muslim who labeled isis or alqaeda as infidels...one of the funniest things ive heard about was ...during prayers youll see muslims and mostly sunnis sitting on that big toe with the left leg wrapped around that other foot while holding their pointy finger and moving it up and down... when i asked why... they believe that the up and down movement of the pointer is like massive hits on the devils head... i mean ...what the actual fukc.... one other funny thing was .... during cleansing... or as muslims call it wooodoo... they do nose..ears..mouth... when the quraan itself says "O believers! When you rise up for prayer, wash your faces and your hands up to the elbows, wipe your heads, and wash your feet to the ankles" and yet you see "and based on what you call suna" they do nose ,ears and whatever.
during haj youll see muslims going frantic kissing the kaabaa... and touching it ....and rubbing their hands on themselves to take blessing from a stone house.... i mean i understand they need to circle around it .. but the kissing of it is strictly forbidden in islam as such passion and love should be shown to the allmighty/allah
and tons of other nonesense which is based on your so called sunah
yaa i thought so to ... when i started reading the quraan and dwelled deep into it to learn more about muslims... i noticed this was a bull**** thing that was never mentioned in the quraan ... and yet youll see donkeys believing in itCherish your life. Live to tell your story

Muslims believe that Isa (AS) who is Jesus, is the messiah as well. I can’t confirm whether or not Jews converted to Christianity. Muslims believe Allah guides (Huda) whom he wills. Muslims also believe only 1 sect of Judaism and Christianity is going to Heaven.
I can’t really answer that since I’m not a theologian and have never studied Judaism.

Not sure where you got that idea that I only follow Hadith and not Quran. I just told you most true Muslims believe that ISIS and the like are khawarij. They do not represent Islam and most of them are Shia.
The finger moving up and down and the posture during Salah is sunnah.
Wudu is done to hands, arms, mouth, nose, face, head, ears and feet.
I think you’re just confusing Islam with many of the sects of Islam. There’s many innovators in Islam which go against the Quran and Sunnah. Again, I suggest you do real research instead of asking Shia (of all people) about Islam. What’s next, you’re going to tell me Deobandi represent Islam?

no im not confusing islam/muslims.... muslims like you always go back to their sunnah whenever you tell them that whatever whatever isnt in the quraan.....example is the wodoo and the moving finger....
you cant even acknwoledge that this isnt in the quraan and yet you believe in it because someone "proly your parents" told you its sunnah so you have to believe..
sometimes you need to use your brain and logic when it comes to sunna..... wudu as you mention it isnt mentioned in that manner in the quraan... and i posted the "aya" yet your brain cant fathom what im saying.... youre too brain washed with the sunna that its clouding your brain
i know theres only one quraan
and im not gonna read all that wall of text... show where in the quraan does it say that 1 sect of jews and chrisitians will goto heaven ?Cherish your life. Live to tell your story

I mean you’re boasting as if you know about Islam but you refuse to read anything I’m sending you. They’re much shorter than the walls of lies you’re posting. Religion is all about context. It’s not something that can be read or spoken in one sentence. That’s how religions get misconstrued. Just like only 1 sect of Jews and Christians will get to heaven, only one sect of Muslims will get to heaven. It is said in the Quran that you must follow the Quran and the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). What do you think that means exactly? That means following the Quran and Sunnah.

It is said in the Quran that you must follow the Quran and the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH)
the following are the only sunnah muslims should follow " being good to people, dont kill, dont steal ,take care of your parents" hence being an empethetic human ..... but the way you interpert sunnah is the same way isis and alqaeda interpret it .... by deviationCherish your life.
