I've asked from the beginning, what is proper recovery time? I've been lied to over and over again. I don't know about you, but benching 525lb straight bar, 145lb dumbbells on incline (setting the wait myself), I am tired of weak people telling me how to workout. If you've seen me over the years, it's the key of what my posts are about. I have a pic when I did 130lb dumbbells in my garage, at 290lb body weight, then I got cut and have pics of that. THEN! I FOUND MIKE MENTZER! I am bigger and I am stronger, I am a monster now, because I listened to his talks, read his books. I never knew he existed. But, he answered every question I had. I can't train you, but he can. LISTEN! 525lb bench, 140Slb dumbbell bench, 925lb deadlift, 535lb squats (I found out I have flat fleet), and 105lb concentration curls with dumbbell (21 in arms - I thought you could only go over 20in with gear!). 225lb morning body weight, 5ft 11in. I still need to eat less to show a six pack. Don't argue bro, I have no ego. I have pride. I earned this, EARNED IT! I'll take what I earned. But no ego, I envy no man! LEARN! Mike Mentzer!
