I can't really think of any PC exclusives except blizzard games, and laptops can play those games. I'm not into FPS.
Since I own a PS5, if I don't care for PC graphics is there any point?

On PC you get to play Horizon, Elder Scrolls, Spiderman, Halo, God of War, Starfield, The Last of Us, Forza, Returnal etc. Lmao @ this retarded op complaining PC has no exclusives while it ultimately gets the superior version of every next gen exclusive.
Buy a PC and switch and you have access to every game out there. PC = master race.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Technically, on PC you have access to every game in existence (not legal), but you also have superior controls for FPS and strategy games.
For example, if you play Left for Dead 2 on the xbox360, and play on the PC. It's night and day.
On the PC, you have superior aim and reaction time.
I can't even imagine trying to get good with the controller sensitivity set to max on the 360.
Also, as utility, if you make your PC badass, you can do your computer hobbies better.
E.g. my old PC from 2010, took at least 30 minutes to boot up. My wife's laptop took like 10 minutes.
My current PC takes like 15 seconds or less.
When I want to process videos it only takes a second (vs 4hrs on my old PC).
Also this might make me sound like a boomer, but I can finally play 1080p (and 1440p) videos with zero issue. My old PC would heat up like crazy, and the fans would sound like a lawn mower. And when I processed videos, it would sound like this during those 4 hours mentioned prior.
After building my PC, I will always recommend it. It's just better than any console. But the only problem is legality, so if you want to play your games legally, you have to buy a console or just deal with PC games. If you want older PC games you can go on GOG and buy Doom and other cool stuff.
Edit: I bought a mechanical keyboard and another type of gaming mouse, and got damn, they are so smooth.
If you really can't be bothered to play with keyboard&mouse, you can buy a third party controller and just use that instead. I have that dongle for xbox360, so I can use that on PC, but that is mostly for my wife so she can join me.Work is a joke compared to college.

OP, I will help you build a PC. We can PM each other and chit. Or just create a thread, and everyone can join in on the fun. I read that some gaming laptops are made like chit. I was originally going to buy a $5,000 I think it was Alienware (?), but read that the keyboard starts burning if used for too long.
With a custom built PC, you can add how much RAM, how much storage and even your GPU.
PROOF: here is my dumass 2 months ago asking how to build one.

It was easy, just stressful because I thought something would be defective, but it wasn't.Work is a joke compared to college.

Things have really turned around
I remember a decade ago when PC gaming was the cheap option, and PC gamers mocked console gamers for how much they were paying
Things have totally flippedBest lifts:

I'm in two minds with it really. I've been using the Razer blade 15 with a 2060 for 4 years now, runs things well.
However, during those 4 years I had 2 swollen batteries. First time i was out of warranty by about 6 months and they still replaced it. Its just started swelling again so probably going to need to get a new battery again asap.
Laptops are great but battery and thermals let it down, its get so hot it starts to CPU throttle itself./

I feel the opposite. Is there a point in owning consoles if there are very few exclusives, especially since everything eventually becomes playable on the PC? Also, mid-end GPUs get much further these days than they used to. I play all the latest games on my RX 570 4GB @ 1080p on high to max graphics settings and it works fine. The GPU came out 6 years ago and still manages to play anything. Sure, it isn't good for 1440p gaming, but it wasn't meant to be.
