Russian media has released video of him that the russian blogosphere is touting as proof of him being alive, but the video is before September 22nd. Of course, after a strike like that, there's a lot of changes in operational security, so it may not be prudent for him to release video right now, and of course both sides place psyops. We'll see what comes out the next couple weeks.
