I suspect you just got caught up in the moment, were tired of being harassed and you lashed out with the most hateful thing(s) you could. Although, you must either mean some of it or be as good a writer as you claim, because I don't know if I could fake or make up that level of vitriol against Jews like you did so very easily. Astronaut and jogger were terms I used for thugs and after that thread (the one I made after you highlighted that post of mine) I stopped using them because Jusa and I think another miscer were correct in pointing out that it looks bad and seems racist (if I remember the incident correctly).

Your problem is a complete lack of accountability. You can't control me or DDSF1 or anyone else, but you can control yourself. You said some ugly things, repeatedly (and recently) and have yet to own to it. You've tried to word lawyer that what you said wasn't bad, you've misrepresented when you did it to try and diminish it and all that, but nowhere have you said you shouldn't have done it. And you shouldn't - regardless of the behavior of everyone else, all the harassing of you -- something I've both participated in but more recently *repeatedly* urged people to just f'n drop and move on.

You would do well to: Admit what you did, acknowledge it was awful and offer reasoning as to why (I assume: because you are constantly under fire from a lot of people and that you got upset and fed up, whatever). Cease doing it from here on. If able, ignore the people who only want to harass you, engage more with anyone who can look past things. Stop giving the people harassing you all these reasons and opportunity to do it. Chit about your lifestyle or aberrant choices, if someone can't let go of that, then move on yourself. That's who you are, nobody has to agree with it, you do you -- but with this racist chit, that you've got to address in an adult way.

You can also drop the anti-racist stuff, at least in broadly accusing everyone you disagree with as being racists (you could still point out the gross stuff on the misc), especially until you address your own racism, it's very hypocritical and just makes people already upset with you more so.

You said something, I don't think you meant to be offensive or in your heart you are a racist, and I'm not the "racist police", we only had this discussion because way back then Bodhy had brought it up -- the same argument he's making here, which we probably shot down hard even back then.

In any event, we talked, you saw how what you could have said could be construed in a poor light, then corrected yourself and haven't done it again. Wasn't hard, either, I imagine.

Which brings me to the next part, which does go back to Bodhy... and this might be easy for me to say, because while he's said bad things to me (and, full disclosure, we all know I have also to him in turn, so this isn't trying to victimize anyone) but he hasn't said anything racial in the least to me, not even w/ my family. So, it's probably easy for me to 'forgive' him on this, I wasn't the target, but I do think once someone course corrects, acknowledges a problem and then doesn't repeat it -- it's time to close that chapter.

If Bodhy actually stepped up, showed maturity, acknowledged the chitty things he said, admitted it was wrong, could even give context (ie. "I was angry and don't mean it"), well I think it's time to stop bringing it up as we do. Or at the least be mindful that he'd tried to correct it.
