I don't know anything about the beef in this section but I want to chime in on the last few posts. It is a good thing that there is little to no moderation. Don't seek that, as it never goes well because it always gets stricter and stricter and then favoritism starts and moderators with personal vendettas will use their power in the forum to dictate what remains and what/who goes away.

A free Religion and politics section is a good thing. Years ago we experienced what can happen when moderaters and their favorites take over this section. It would be months of censorship that would get so bad until enough noise was made to make a change. Let's not go through that here today. We have enough censorship and cancelling in the real world.
