you don't need a fat burner or any fat loss supplement for that matter - what you need is a sustained caloric deficit
the harsh truth is that all these legal fat burners are basically useless and you're not going to do anything with them. MAYBE if they somehow blunt your hunger they can help, but it's not like they're going to magically make you lose fat

Have you considered eating less?
That's literally the only way to lose weight.
Gluten free diet is just an extra restriction that will not help you lose weight unless it makes you eat less.
Here are nutritional recommendations:

This chick claims to have lost over 80 lbs by just cutting out gluten and dairy.
Sounds a little too good to be true

So this is gonna be my strategy:
Eat half the meals I usually eat, and cut down on carbs.
So I normally eat 2 slices of bread for breakfast and another 2 slices for lunch.
That will now become 1 slice for both breakfast and lunch.
I will also eat half my usual dinner.
So if I normally eat a bucket of 12 chicken wings that now becomes just 6 wings.
I'm also gonna try this fat burner to see if it can help reduce my appetite:

When it comes to weight loss, it's important to note that supplements alone will not provide significant results. They should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. That being said, here are a few commonly used supplements that may support weight loss efforts:
Green Tea Extract: Green tea contains catechins, which are believed to help increase metabolism and promote fat oxidation.
Caffeine: Caffeine is a stimulant that can increase energy expenditure and enhance fat burning. It is often found in weight loss supplements and pre-workout formulas.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA): CLA is a fatty acid that may help reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. It is commonly found in meat and dairy products, but supplements are also available.
Garcinia Cambogia: Garcinia cambogia is a fruit extract that contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is believed to inhibit an enzyme that helps convert excess carbohydrates into fat. However, more research is needed to fully understand its effectiveness.
Protein Powders: Protein powders can help support weight loss by promoting satiety, preserving lean muscle mass, and aiding in muscle recovery after exercise. They can be a convenient way to increase protein intake while managing calorie intake.
Before incorporating any supplements into your routine, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian. They can provide personalized advice based on your individual needs, goals, and any underlying health conditions.

What do you guys make of this story??
He said he ate half of his McDonalds meals.
Sounds like bullsh*t, but eating half your meals daily does have some merit

well it's calories in calories out, so naturally it's going to work as long as your calories are lower than what you burn in a day. they don't even need to be half meals, just eat three meals that are around 700 calories and you're good
that being said, it's not healthy for you and chances are you'll be hungry as hell

What IS your diet OP?
Tons of bread and chicken wings doesn't sound all that conducive to weight loss.
Just because something is free of gluten doesn't mean it's free of calories/fats/sugar, etc...
Not trying to rag on you, just wondering if we could pick apart your diet before any discussion of pills.

Here was my typical diet before I cut calories (I call it semi-carnivore diet):
Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with eggs, meat or cheese (usually ham, salami, prosciutto....etc)
Lunch: the same, 2 slices of bread with ham, salami, prosciutto, cheese....etc
Dinner: almost always strictly meat. So chicken, pork, steak, burgers, hotdogs, veal...etc...etc.
Now I'm trying to cut that in half.
So far I've lost maybe 1/2 pound and thats it

Do you know on average what your daily caloric intake is?
Not to be rude, but that seems like a horrible diet.
Why so much processed meat?
Do you eat vegetables?
That can go a long way if you're trying to keep yourself on a cutting diet.
Are you on this carnivore diet for weight loss purposes or because of digestive issues?
I honestly think if you fix up your diet to add more vegetables, leaner cuts of meat (chicken breast, ground turkey, lean beef, etc) and maybe some sweet potatoes and then calculate the calories you could lose weight more easily.
There's probably a lot of sodium in that diet too. I couldn't imagine a day with salami and hotdogs. I'd feel sick with water retention, lol.

I have leaky gut syndrome. Carnivore diet works best for me.
I also take L-Glutamine twice daily to help repair my intestines.
I just switched to this bread yesterday: https://www.carbonaut.co/product/white-2/
It has only 1 gram of carb and its gluten free.
It also has just 40 calories per slice.
I'll let you guys know how it goes
