I've been digging Tajin seasoning on a lot of stuff lately, but since it doesn't add moisture I usually go with a little salsa on things like tacos and burritos.

I also really enjoy Tabasco Chipotle sauce, but the bottle is so small that I'll probably find some other Chipotle sauce. Definitely worth checking into for some smoky pepper flavor.

I like that, but the habanero is too hot to slather on, at least for me.

You might try Tapatio or Valentina. And I like this too, though I haven't ever bought a bottle. I just grab extra packets whenever I get tacos. I think it has a nice balance- a little heat, but not too much.

Made a cucumber dill dressing for my beef kebabs today

Either Frank's hot sauce or pesto with beef. There's a one called Bitchin' Sauce that's dank, especially with chicken tacos but I can't find it anymore. Cilantro is mandatory in this house.

It’s oil, Serrano, jalapeño, garlic and onion

It’s huge in the taco spots across the state but nobody has a real name for it. Just a variant of salsa verde
