And it also shows what a real knife attack looks like, which is vastly different to those stupid knife defence videos where the attacker lazily lunges up and thrusts his arm once at the subject, and waits there patiently for the subject to ju-jitsu all over his arm.

I once read about a guy who managed to get the upper hand against a knife wielder in a fight. The rage and adrenaline kept him alive while he was pummeling the knife wielder. The knife guy ran away after failing to kill the dude and the barehanded guy collapsed several blocks away due to blood loss. He woke up in the hospital after a blood transfusion. Brah had over 50 stab wounds. So, yes, it is possible, but damn is it dangerous.
